Colour Difference between Batch's.
Apple cider Vinegar: Please note colouration may vary between Apple Cider Vinegar batch's and raw material suppliers.
The acidic nature of vinegar makes it a self-preserving pantry staple, which means it generally never sours or expires. The raw ingredient is a very pale brownish colour and thus gives it the colouring you see. As vinegar ages, it may undergo aesthetic changes, such as becoming hazy, darker in colour or separating. You may also notice cloudy sediments or fibres in the capsules. This is largely due to exposure to oxygen, which happens every time you open the lid of your bottle. Over time, oxygenation also causes the release of citric acid. This could affect how it appears in colour, but these changes don’t affect the nutritional value or shelf life.
