Born & raised in New Zealand, I juggled life as an aspiring competitive rower while studying at my dad’s pharmacy. As time went on, my health took a hit from the demanding workload and lack of proper care for my body. Turning to supplements seemed like the solution, but they fell short of their promises. That's when my father Glen, suggested I try the natural route - apple cider vinegar.Though I experienced remarkable benefits from ACV, it came with drawbacks like tooth erosion, an unpleasant taste, and lack of portability.
