International Orders: Calculated at checkout.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International orders are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes that may apply once your package arrives in your country. If you reuse to pay these these taxes your parcel is considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Processing orders at our Australian warehouse typically takes 2-3 business days. Please note that travel times provided are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control. Keep an eye on your tracking info, which will be sent via email for any updates.
Australia: 5-7 working days after dispatch
International: 2-4 working days (express) or 5-10 working days (standard) after dispatch
SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT WITH MY ORDER
If you haven't received your order yet, start by checking our standard transit times and tracking number sent to you via email. If something is still not right, feel free to reach out to us at hello@gettonik.com.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to an address mistake, a shipping charge will apply for resending your order. Please note, refunds cannot be offered for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided.
Once an order is en route or confirmed, cancellations are not possible. However, if your order hasn't been dispatched and you haven't received a confirmation email, you can still cancel.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY?
We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind in relation to our products. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
(a) has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it;
(b)is unsafe;
(c) is significantly different from the sample or description
(d) doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for
