How is ACV, aka the magic elixir made?
Research has shown that the acetic acid in ACV can erode the enamel on your teeth increasing your risk of developing cavities, say what?! We formulated a Apple Cider Vinegar Capsule which provides all of the same benefits without any of the nasty side effects. Because you deserve only the bestest.
Step 1 - MAKE APPLE JUICE
Apples are pressed to produce apple juice. No ascorbic acid or any additives are used for this process - only fresh, natural & organic apples! Apples with high sugar content result in a higher alcohol content which in turn results in a stronger vinegar.
Step 2 - JUICE TURNS INTO CIDER
Yeast is added to the apple juice. Nothing else! The fermentation process is usually complete in 2 -3 weeks.
Step 3 - APPLE CIDER TURNS INTO VINEGAR
The Apple Cider Vinegar is then decanted, and is ready to be converted into vinegar. In order to convert the cider to vinegar it is necessary to expose the cider to air in the presence of "Mother of Vinegar". The vinegar of our capsules is not pasteurised so contains the "Mother of Vinegar".
Step 4 - VINEGAR TURNS INTO TONIK
Our special formula is a 6x concentrated formula containing "the mother" and none of the good stuff is harmed in the making.
